In short
We ask for the minimum, use it only for what you asked for, and do not sell it. We never ask about your immigration status, your Social Security number or your medical history.
Who we are
Ya Sé Cuánto is an independent initiative of Diego Luján Studio. Ya Sé Cuánto is responsible for your information.
What we ask for
- Waiting list: your name if you want to give it, a phone number or email, how you prefer to hear from us, your ZIP code and the service you need.
- Dentists: the practice name, your name and role, phone, email, ZIP code and your answers to the form.
- Contact: your name if you want to give it, a phone number or email, and your message.
What we use it for
- To tell you when confirmed prices are available near you.
- To learn which services people need and decide which to add. We look at this in aggregate, without names.
- To answer your message or talk with your practice about the launch.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your information or give it to anyone for advertising.
- We do not use advertising cookies or tracking tools.
- We do not ask for health information. If you include some in a message, we only use it to reply.
Where it is kept
Forms go to Netlify, the company that hosts this site, which stores the responses for us. Only we can access them.
How long we keep it
Only as long as we need it for what you asked. If you ask us to delete it, we delete it.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information, and to stop hearing from us, at any time. We give these rights to everyone, wherever they live. If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) also recognises them.
Changes to this notice
If we change this notice, we will say so on this page with the new date.
